SpiriseBible provides mobile applications and related services, including but not limited to SpiriseBible Audio Study, Spirise Stories, FortuneU, and Fengshui Plus. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Children under 13 may use our children's products with parental consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our products offer premium features through subscriptions. Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content in our apps (text, illustrations, audio, design) is owned by SpiriseBible or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
• User-generated content (if applicable) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within our services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our applications
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Misrepresent your identity or age

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpiriseBible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
