Abraham Counts the Stars

Abraham was old and had no children. One night God took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars, if you can. So shall your descendants be.” Abraham believed God, even though it seemed impossible. Years later, God gave Abraham and Sarah a son named Isaac.

Key verse
And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
Genesis 15:6 (KJV)
