Zacchaeus Climbs a Tree
Zacchaeus was a tax collector who was too short to see Jesus over the crowd, so he climbed a sycamore tree. Jesus stopped, looked up and said, “Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.” Zacchaeus changed, giving to the poor and paying back what he had taken.
Key verse
And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchæus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.Luke 19:5 (KJV)
